Refund policy
At Freyja Archive we want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with an order, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in original condition, unused and without signs of wear.
- All original tags and labels must be intact.
- The original packaging must be undamaged.
All returns must be sent back to our overseas warehouse for processing.
No refill or shipping fees from us.
Important: The customer is fully responsible for all costs associated with the return, including return shipping, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any handling fees required to get the package to our warehouse. If a return package is not properly cleared by customs, is rejected by customs, is detained, or is returned due to unpaid fees or inadequate documentation, the package will not be accepted at our warehouse. In such cases, the return will be considered undelivered and no refund will be issued as the item was never received.
Returns that do not reach our warehouse due to customs-related issues are at the sole risk of the customer.
Returned items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected. We reserve the right to reject returns if there is suspicion of use or damage not caused by us.
All return packages must be sent with track & trace. Lost returns without documented shipping and tracking will not be refunded. Returns without tracking are at your own risk.
Once we have received and inspected the return, a confirmation email will be sent. Approved refunds are processed within a few days.
Order cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them. After that, the order will be processed and can no longer be canceled.
If cancellation is desired, customer service must be contacted as soon as possible at support@freyjaarchive.com.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and returns are always the responsibility of the sender.
Wrong item or size?
If you have received the wrong item or the wrong size, we will send the correct item free of charge. If the item is too small, too large, or the fit is not satisfactory, we will be happy to offer an exchange. A new item in the desired size will be sent.
In this case, the customer pays a shipping fee for the exchange, which may vary depending on the product.
Refund
Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the return has been received, approved and properly cleared through customs at our warehouse.
Refunds will only be given for returns that:
- have been received at our warehouse
- are properly customs cleared
- meet all of the above return requirements
