Refund policy

At Freyja Archive we offer worldwide shipping and want to make the return process as simple as possible, wherever you are. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with an order, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in original condition, unused and without signs of wear.
All original tags and labels must be intact.
The original packaging must be undamaged.

Return Fee

For returns, a €15 return fee applies to all countries and will be deducted from your refund.

This €15 fee covers the return shipping and is the only return shipping fee charged by Freyja Archive for a standard return. The remaining eligible amount of your purchase will be refunded to you.
To start a return, please contact us at support@freyjaarchive.com before sending your package. Our team will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions.
Please do not send a return before receiving the return instructions from our team.

Returned items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected. We reserve the right to reject returns if there is suspicion of use or damage not caused by us.

All return packages must be sent with track & trace. Lost returns without documented shipping and tracking will not be refunded. Returns without tracking are at your own risk.

Once we have received and inspected the return, a confirmation email will be sent. Approved refunds are processed within a few days.

Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them. After that, the order will be processed and can no longer be canceled.

If cancellation is desired, customer service must be contacted as soon as possible at support@freyjaarchive.com.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and returns are always the responsibility of the sender.

Wrong item or size?

If you have received the wrong item or the wrong size, we will send the correct item free of charge. If the item is too small, too large, or the fit is not satisfactory, we will be happy to offer an exchange. A new item in the desired size will be sent.

In this case, the customer pays a shipping fee for the exchange, which may vary depending on the product.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the return has been received, approved and properly cleared through customs at our warehouse.
