Return period
You can return your items within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Always contact our customer service for the correct return instructions before sending your items back.
Return costs
The costs of return are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

6B - Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cancellation period
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated to us your decision to cancel the purchase. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14 days.
Return costs
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of being informed of your decision.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery
