At Freyja Archive we strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or encounter any problems, you are always welcome to contact our customer service. Below we explain how your order is processed and delivered.

Shipping costs

We cover all shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered directly to your door 100% free, regardless of order size.

Sending your order

Have you found the perfect product on our website? We understand that you want to receive it as soon as possible! That's why we process and ship your order as quickly as we can. Orders are processed and shipped from international warehouses. This may affect delivery times and the return process.

Here's what you can expect:

Processing time: 2-3 days
Delivery time: 10-15 days

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of placing the order. Orders received before 17:00 (CET) are processed the same day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take a little longer.

After processing, your order will be shipped. The average delivery time is 10–15 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email so you can follow your shipment. You can find more information on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery

Once your order has been delivered, it's time to enjoy it! Should any problems arise and you wish to exchange or return the product, please refer to our return policy.

Damaged product?

Of course, that's a shame! Sometimes products can get damaged during shipping. In such cases, we will send a replacement free of charge the first time. We do not offer refunds on the first occurrence. If it happens again, we will refund the full purchase amount.

How to order

It's easy to order from Freyja Archive:

Go to the product page and click “Add to Cart”.

Check that you have selected the correct variants.

Click on “Proceed to checkout”.

Enter your delivery details and confirm that they are correct.

Lost package?

If a package gets lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always resend the package before issuing a refund. If the order is not received within 30 days of shipment, a full refund can be provided.

Unclaimed package or non-delivery

If a package is delivered to your address or dropped off at a local pickup location, Freyja Archive will still cover the shipping costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up and returned to the shipping company, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the refund amount.
